The part of brain called prefrontal corex is associated with thinking about actions we learn and repeat. If we no longer have to consciously think of what we do, it becomes a habit controlled by part of brain called striatum. We're also more efficient because we can think of whatever we want while doing something that belongs to our routine. Habits have their ingredients such as cue, behaviour and reward. The reason why some habits are so strong to break is that rewarding a behaviour can create craving. to inhibit - This location inhibits an access to wifi. complex - It was a very complex task, but I've solved it anyway. altogether - I couldn't recognise her because she'd changed altogether.
