#4 The Donkey Sanctuary
There are a lot of charities which help environment to funcionate properly. But this one is special because of her force and passion. The Donkey Sanctuary, located in Devon, looks after about 75% of the donkeys in Britain. We also send them £13m a year. That place supports the domestic donkeys, which bring water, firewood and the other stuff and working as a unit to maintain a family. But there is a problem with a lack of access to veterinary care, that causes many injuries and ilnesses of donkeys. The sanctuary's mission is to transform the quality of life for donkeys, mules through understanding and support. It all started in 1969 by the devoted doctor - Elisabeth Svendsen. She had made that the sanctuary increased to the international charity. She helped many children by riding therapy as well as millions of donkeys.

How many donkeys are there in the UK? Unlike in the south of Europe, they aren't very popular animals there.
OdpowiedzUsuńThis sentence looks strange: "We also send them £13m a day." Who is WE? Did you copy it directly from the website?
I made a mistake, not day but year and I meant people who support the animals
